Frequently asked questions
- 01For baby and toddler lessons (Birth - 4) you are required to use a paper swim nappy and a neoprene happy nappy over the top. Paper swim nappies can be found at most local supermarkets and the neoprene happy nappies can be purchased online from places such as splash about, konfidence, jojo mama bebe and boots. If you are unsure on the correct one or size please feel free to pop us an email. For children over 5 as suitable swim suit / shorts that is correctly fitting is fine for lessons.

- 04Yes ! We have our own in house programe that coinsides with the Swim England programe and achivements. You will recive a termly badge and any certificates of achivments at the end of term, these are included in your termly fee. The Swim England badges and certifcates are also avaible when achived and are optional to purchase for an extra cost.
- 05Our babies and toddler who start in the pool with a parent or carer are taught to swim without floatation aids such as arm bands. If you are joining us when your child is slightly older and in the pool alone we can put the needed floation aids on to help build confidence and skills and start to remove when ready.
- 06All Staff and instructors undergo continous safeguard training and hold their safeguarding at work and working with childrens certs. All Staff and instructors have a full enhanced DBS check.
